We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your order, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.



Acceptance of your Order

Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Make a Payment Button’ an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Stick and Go.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Stick and Go will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being out of stock

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment 

The identification of a pricing or product description error 

Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions


We reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours of receiving the order if a territory has become a problem for dispatch of our goods.
A full refund would be given immediately the order has been cancelled by us and the customer given notice of the cancellation.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please contact Stick and Go by:

calling 01299 851001 between 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday 

returning your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel the order 



It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately.

Where your order is returned to us within 14 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order will be refunded minus our actual post & packing charge in sending out the tiles.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. 



Product Availability / Information

We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability.

 

Stick and Go Ltd do not store credit/debit card details on their systems.

Orders within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail / Parcelforce

 

Orders outside of the UK are delivered by International Air Mail post ( Royal mail / Parcelforce )
